A research center and analysis platform, the SOLEIL synchrotron uses a particle accelerator that produces intense radiation interacting with the material being studied. SOLEIL offers R&D services: advanced non-destructive analysis and characterization of complex materials, providing chemical, structural, morphological, and electronic information at various scales (from centimeters to atoms).
