From a 3d file of the part before sintering or after sintering, the design office of Polis Précis is able to realize the drawings of the compression tools and then to produce this tooling. We produce multiaxial compression tools with segmented dies or side punches as well as uni-axial tools. We have a punch alignment system on 3R or Erowa pallets. We also produce extrusion tools and MIM/CIM injection molds. Due to its historical activity, Polis Précis machine hard materials such as carbide, ceramic, tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum, hardened steels and other exotic materials.
