The CICF brings together more than 50 companies in six areas of activity: raw materials for ceramics; refractory products; ceramic tiles; sanitary ceramics; technical ceramics; porcelain, pottery, earthenware. The CICF is a representative employers’ organization in the field of the Ceramic Industries of France collective agreement. It acts as the secretariat of the negotiation commission with the branch’s social partners. It participates in the definition of the training policy of the branch (CPNE-FP). It represents the profession and defends the interests of its French and European members (active member of CERAME UNIE), and offers its members various services to support them on a daily basis (social service, regulatory watch, working committees, etc.).
