The project REFFRACTEUR (Digital REFractory FRAmework for a Carbon-neutral and Resilient indusTry in EURope), led by IRCER (Institut de Recherche sur les Céramiques) has been selected with an excellent 99% rating by the European Commission for financial support of €4,598M over 4 years.
This MSCA Doctoral Network extends the dynamics initiated with the European projects ATHOR (2017-2022) and CESAREF (2022-2026) dedicated to the training of researchers in the field of refractory materials. In fact, a recruitment campaign of 15 doctoral students is currently implemented (www.reffracteur.eu) since April 3, 2026, with an application deadline set for June 8, 2026.
As an associate partner, the European Cluster of Ceramics supports this project and will be mobilized in the communication and dissemination strategy, but also in the valorization of training opportunities brought by the project.
